EFFECT OF ADDITIVES " LITOPLAST 1I " ON INTENSIFICATION OF CEMENT GRINDING

Now the task connected with energy saving in production of cement is particularly acute, costs of the electric power at which grinding on average make about 10-11% of the general expenses in prime cost of cement. Therefore the problem of expansion of the range of highly effective additives - grinding intensifiers is actual. Their application will allow to receive considerable economy of energy and to increase quality of cement. Influence of input of an intensifier of a grinding "Litoplast 1I", the developed JSC Poliplast Novomoskovsk, for the period of a grinding of portlandtsementny clinker is in vitro studied. For definition of kinetics of a grinding of clinker determined a specific surface by an air tightness method through certain periods. It is established that the optimum quantity of an additive "Litoplast 1I" for decrease in time of a grinding at the set subtlety of a grinding made 0,1% of the mass of clinker.
