AUTOMATED WORKPLACE OF DEAN

Final qualifying work of bachelor devoted to solving design problems "Workstation Dean." The developed application provides functionality for working with the data of students and the dean of the university is in some ways a driver that facilitates the work of employees of dean´s office with the automated information system "Education" used in SUAI. It helped to solve the following tasks: drawing up a ranked list of underachieving students and schedules for the elimination of academic debts of such students; monitor the implementation of schedules mentioned above; minimize the possibility of erroneous orders preparation of the transfer and expulsion of students; Preparation of monthly document "Summary of students´ contingent movement." These systems can automate highly time-consuming work on account of performance and movement of a contingent of students, but also reduces the risk of errors in the processing of these data by hand. The program was successfully commissioned in test mode, has received a certificate of registration of an electronic resource and can be effectively used as the dean of the Institute number 5 and in other academic departments SUAI.
